Spearhead’s unconventional, sweeter, lighter flavour makes it the perfect spirit for mixing. Here are our five favourite concoctions for you to try. Then it’s your turn to experiment and create your own.
Spear & Beer
Spearhead - 50ml Craft beer - Half pint
Pour whisky into a rocks glass then pour craft beer into a highball glass and enjoy.
Rusty Spear
Spearhead - 50ml Ginger Ale - 150ml
Fill glass with ice then add all ingredients and garnish with a wedge of lime.
Spear Med
Spearhead - 50ml Campari - 10ml Lemon Juice - 15ml Simple Syrup - 10ml Mandarin Juice - 20ml
Add all ingredients into a tin with ice then shake and double strain into highball or tumbler over ice. Top with premium tonic and garnish with bay leaf or pineapple leaf.
Peach Head
Spearhead - 35ml Pêche de Vigne - 15ml Lemon Juice - 10ml Mint Leaves - 10 Orange bitters - 2dsh
Fill glass with ice then add all ingredients. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a wedge of peach.
Add raspberries into tin and muddle. Add remaining ingredients, dry shake (without ice) then add ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with 3 raspberries on a toothpick.
